We do not offer returns or exchanges on delivered orders. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase. If you have questions or need help choosing the right product for your skin, our customer care team is always here to assist you before placing your order.

1. Patch Test & Sensitivities: Our products are formulated with utmost care using high-quality, effective ingredients. However, some people may be allergic/sensitive to specific ingredients, even to natural plant-based or well-tolerated ones. We recommend:

• Carefully reviewing the full ingredient list for any known sensitivities

• Performing a patch test behind the ear or on the inner elbow before full use

• Using products only as directed and on unbroken skin

If irritation occurs, stop use immediately and rinse thoroughly with water. Analogy is not liable for allergic reactions, breakouts, or irritation that may occur, as each person’s skin may respond differently.

2. Please note that skincare results may vary depending on your unique skin type, condition, and routine. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted based on general dissatisfaction with expected results or color/texture/scent, or due to pre-existing skin conditions.

3. Damaged products during shipping: If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or appears to be defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@analogybeauty.com. Kindly include your order number and supporting photographs of the issue. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.

4. In the event of a return , please note that shipping cost will be deducted from the original amount paid. This policy covers the processing, handling, and operational costs incurred in fulfilling such orders.
